Mazillo is inspired by our ancestor’s practices. More than just their skincare secrets, we believe their knowledge and respect for the land can guide us to a healthy, sustainable, and natural way of living.
And just as their ancient wisdom was passed on to us, we want to be able to pass on nature’s resources to future generations too. We recognise that the beauty industry is a threat to the environment and we’re passionate about doing our bit to change that.
We’re proud to bring you solely natural ingredients, sourced locally, and promise to keep sustainability at the heart of everything we do.

we aim to keep our practices as respectful of the land as possible.
That way, we can protect its precious resources for future generations.
We keep it local
Our formulations contain natural ingredients that have been used for centuries by local Bulgarian people. Better yet, some of them cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
We work closely with small local suppliers, hand-picking each and every ingredient, and in turn, supporting the local economy.
Our entire process – from sourcing to packaging the final product – is done in house, keeping our carbon footprint down.
We keep it simple
Our products are high-quality, multifunctional, and fit together in an easy and effective 5-step skincare routine.
In other words, with Mazillo, you can keep overconsumption and waste at bay.
We keep it cruelty-free & vegan
We believe skincare should be created without harming animals. That’s why all Mazillo products are Leaping Bunny approved.
We also only use plant-derived ingredients, and are registered with the Vegan Society.
We proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure we meet these strict standards, as well as third-party audits.
We keep it filler-free
Many popular skincare brands use 60-70% plain water in their products, meaning products are diluted and you need to buy more of them in order to see results.
Not Mazillo. With our products, you’re investing in nutrient dense formulas that go a long way. For example, our Replenishing Moisturiser can be used for 4+ months when applied twice daily.
We keep it recyclable
Did you know that glass cannot be recycled properly unless it is clear, amber or green?
That’s why all our containers are originally manufactured (not painted!) in green. Our glass pipette vials can also be recycled. Unfortunately, our plastic pumps and lids are currently not recyclable, but we’re working on it – promise!
As for our secondary packaging, it’s made from fully recyclable carboard. We use dissolvable packing peanuts and hand-pack all our orders in recyclable transportation boxes.
And for the finishing touch, our thank you cards are made from seed paper - plant them and beautiful wildflowers will grow!

We’re not perfect. No one is. And when it comes to sustainability, we know the work is never done.That said, you can trust that we’ll never stop seeking sustainable solutions and innovative alternatives.
